Full timeWhat does a Project Success Manager do at Stigo?
As Project Success Manager you manage all the to-dos, work structurally on the success of projects, guard deadlines and stay in constant contact with clients and your own teammates.
Build marketing funnels, send out campaigns and keep projects on track for a wide range of clients.
We are Stigo Digital Agency.
Stigo is a digital agency in Antwerp that helps entrepreneurs grow with smart, measurable online marketing.
From strategy to creation: we do everything in-house with a team of experts. We believe in data, psychology and creativity as the driving forces behind communication with impact.

What does a day as Project Success Manager look like?
Dividing tasks, structuring projects, loading campaigns and keeping clients happy. This job is much more than making a few lists and clicking around! A day in the life of our Project Success Manager looks roughly like this.
Good morning! You arrive at the office, grab a coffee and start your day. A quick check of Slack and your email. A client sent feedback on the latest sales campaign. You read it carefully, loop back with the team and make sure everything gets followed up.
Stand-up with the team. You bring structure to the chaos: what has to go live today, what moves to later, and where is input still needed? Thanks to you, everyone knows what to do.
Client call. You present the results of the past campaign: clear, well-founded and with concrete next steps. The client appreciates that you don't just share numbers, but also lay out a clear strategy for the next phases. Your knowledge of performance marketing comes in handy here.
You work on the project planning for our newest client. You go over what we promised in the proposal, fine-tune deadlines, link deliverables to teammates and schedule feedback moments. Meanwhile the copywriter comes to your desk with a question. You have the overview, and quickly get her back on track.
Lunch with your colleagues. Our office is in the heart of Antwerp, so there are plenty of options.
You gracefully point out to a client that they are not following up leads in time, and set up a new meeting with them so their internal sales team performs better and marketing delivers more results.
Your inbox pings. One of our clients wants to launch a new promotion and is looking for a sparring partner. You are assertive and call him right away to schedule a meeting. Then you pass all the info to our copywriter and designer, so they know what to do and by when.
Internal sync with the performance marketer. You discuss what is going well, where optimizations are needed and how the strategy will be rolled out further. Then you send the client a short status update. That way, communication is always clear, professional and free of noise. You ask them to share their success with our network too, and schedule a video testimonial.
Time left for process improvement: you work out a new internal template to make reporting faster and more consistent. Small tweaks that make a big difference.
That's a wrap. Your inbox is (almost) empty, the planning is up to date and the clients are happy. You close your laptop with a good feeling: another day you made an impact. Nice! Your client ratings are so good that they earn you extra salary at your next review.
This is why talent chooses Stigo!
In many other sectors you get little job security and little variety, you are just a number in a machine, and growing into a bigger role is much harder. At Stigo it works differently.
